To qualify for a Certified Partner, the prospective partner needs to take compulsory training in our software products, and if they successfully pass the final exam upon completing the training, they are issued with the FalconGaze Official Partner Certificate.

Depending on the specifics of mutual business partnership, we offer the following partner statuses:

• Affiliate Partner - any web-site owner can become our Affiliate Partner. The Affiliate Partner places information on Small-Office releases of FalconGaze software products on the server, and if the software product sold was found and purchased at the link from the Affiliate’s web-site, the Affiliate Partner receives the bonus. The Affiliate Partner does not need to have FalconGaze certified specialists in their staff.

• Agent - as agents we recruit any physical or legal entities engaged in distributing information about the FalconGaze company products, attracting small, mid-sized, and large business customers, and following them up to the software implementation stage. Our company takes care of the rest of the job with the end customer and pays out commission to the Agent on actual sales basis. The Agent does not render any after-sale support to the customer and does not have to be certified.

• Certified Partner - a Partner that sells and integrates FalconGaze software products in their own name and provides their own qualified support independently from FalconGaze. The Certified Partner should have at least one certified sales manager for FalconGaze products and one FalconGaze certified technical specialist.

• Regional Representative - must be a Certified Partner of FalconGaze, have successful expertise in FalconGaze solutions integration proven by customer feedback, and at least one certified partner company in their own partner network. The Regional Representative should have at least two certified sales managers for FalconGaze products and two FalconGaze certified technical specialists.
